No Frills with comfort. Don’t expect 5-star service though!
Overall the hotel common areas were clean. The room was also clean. As a business traveler, it met all my needs: quite, comfortable, and free internet access. I was a bit disappointed by the service. On several occasions, when I went to the front desk, I could not locate a hotel staff person. The reasons for needing to speak to a staff person were as follows: needing towel service for the pool, questions regarding internet difficulty, change for the vending machine, setting up a wake-up call, and needing extra toiletries. In most incidences I waited 10 minutes or longer. Setting up the wake-up call took almost 20 minutes. Perhaps the hotel was short-staffed. In this case, the staff should provide a cell number for customers to contact the on-duty staff person so that busy business travelers do not have to wait to have their questions answered.

Located close to the Hobby Airport, it’s a perfect launch pad for all of your NASA investigations! Loved the museums! A MUST SEE!!!

Very quiet and clean
Definitely worth staying; absolutely quiet and comfortable. Easy airport commute with courteous shuttle driver. Nice place.

Don’t take a taxi; the shuttle is faster.
