Great view of the Adriatic
The hotel is right on the water, and the views from the window or balcony are great. The room was large and comfortable, the service was excellent, the internet wifi connection in the room was free and worked fine, parking was free, breakfast was great too. The hotel is somewhat out of the way (across the river from the center) but Rijeka is small and walkable, bus service is door-to-door. The hotel is hard to find! Highly recommended for a relaxing few days.
Traveler's tip on shopping
There’s a nice public market a short distance from the hotel, good merchandise and not at all touristy.
