Very impressed
Looking forward to staying there again. The complimentary shuttle service is one of the events that made this stay so wonderful.

Disappointed
First of all, the shuttle service from the hotel to the airport, was good, on time. However, we arrived at 1:00am and my husban who was carrying our 3 year old daughter, asleep, because I could not carry her because I am 6 months pregnant, did not receive any help or word or assistance at all. We didn’t expect a joyous reception, but a word from the man in the front desk would have been enough. The old man didn’t even lif his head or eyes to look at us, a "I’ll be right with you" or "I’ll finish with these people and then I will assist you" Would have been more than enough, but we didn’t get that, we had to wait for more than half an hour for him to pay us any attention. That is not good for client service, anyways the room was enough for a 6 hour sleep. Though these details make a stay pleasent or not and for us it was not.
