Room Mixup
We had reserved a double queen room, but when we arrived, these rooms were no longer available due to some "problem". The only thing available our first night was a king room with one bed, which meant our 2 young children had to sleep on the floor. (The hotel provided blankets, etc.) We had to accept this since it was late, but said it wasn’t acceptable for the rest of the stay - 5 more nights. The next day we were given the adjoining king room for the rest of our stay, but were not charged anything extra. We ended up with 2 king rooms for the cost of one queen. In spite of the mixup, we had a wonderful stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. Free snacks and drinks were provided in the upstairs lounge. This included cold breakfast cereal, instant soups, granola bars, coffee, tea, juice, milk, and water plus many more snacks. The choices varied daily. The hotel is close to many shopping and dining choices, but located on a quieter street and large property which made it seem very private. We would definitely stay there again.

Spring Training & The Thunderbird Inn
Location was great for the games we wanted to see (Mariners).The room was O.K., glad I did not have to spend much time in it. Maid service was good but late every day.

Very adequate & comfortable
Very satisfied with all aspects of hotel. Desk clerks very cordial and accomodating.
Traveler's tip on dining
It was difficult to locate. It would have been helpful to have been told in advance that it is located on the Thunderbird campus and that you must enter the campus to get to it.
