Much Better Than Expected!
Our sons stayed there for the Running of the Bulls. They were very pleased with the condition of the hotel and the service. Would certainly recommend.

Dark and gloomy decor
This new hotel was clean, the service was okay and overall the stay was just fine for one night. But the decor is depressing. It’s trying to be a chic, European hotel, but the walls in the rooms and hallways are dark brown/black, and with minimalist spotlight lighting, it made for a very dark and gloomy experience. Also the air was very dry. My husband and I were very congested and had sore throats after our night’s sleep. Finally our wakeup call came at 4:30am instead of the 5:30am time we requested. I’m sure there are more pleasant, uplifting hotels to stay at in Pamplona.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
We came for San Fermin and the hotel offered a free shuttle to the festival every half hour starting at 6am and ending at 10pm. It was a pleasant surprise because we would have needed to take a taxi otherwise.

Great hotel just outside of Pamplona
This hotel is located just outside of Pamplona (approx. 4 km from the dead center of town). Most people will visit Pamplona for the Running of the Bulls and San Fermin in July and while the hotel is not walking distance they do offer a FREE shuttle service that will get you into town as early as 6:00. If you want to sleep a little bit while you’re there this is a good hotel as the town is hopping 24/7 during the feria. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and just across the street is a mall which has a movie theater, a Walmart sized supermarket and many brand name shops. The hotel is also five minutes from the airport and the same shuttle will take you to the airport for free. Over all a great value!
