No sleep, no AC, no shower
This Motel looks fairly nice from the outside. It is clean with freshly planted flowers. The room was clean as well, even though it was furnished with mismatched furniture, bedspreads and curtains. That is were our positive experience stopped. The airconditioner, an ancient window unit, did not work. A hotel employee cam and "fixed" it for us, but it soon quit again. The shower was broken. However, we had the worst experience during the night, when we were woken by loud noises from upstairs. The screaming did not stop for several hours and soon started even next door to us. The walls are paper-thin, so that you can hear every TV in a 5 room radius (maybe cranked up to cover up the other noises)? This place is clearly a case of "you get what you pay for".

price was right but don’t expect much
Things in my room were literally falling apart. The mattress was comfortable and I did get a good nights sleep but this place is in poor condition overall.

Good Hotel for the price
It is a basic hotel, but in the Boston area it is a deal. Do not expect much, but if you need a bed, shower and a desk then this is good.
