I hate to do these thing but this hotel deserves a review
I really dont like to do these things but I was so happy with my stay that I decided to do it anyway. I want to start off by saying that this was my 5th vacation to Thailand and I have stayed at many different hotels and resorts throughout the country some that were much more expensive than this one. I have not stayed at better hotel then this one... the food, service, rooms, housekeeping, and overall design of this hotel was five star all the way... its right off the beach it has this beautiful pond with fish that runs thought the entire hotel. It was just great stay me and my girlfriend could not stop talking about how nice and inexpensive this hotel was I would recommend it to anyone...

Very nice hotel, especially for young couples
We had a very nice stay at Puunpreda Hip Resort. We spent 13 days in Ko Samui and the room (garden villa) was great. I would suggest not no stay in a deluxe room(cheaper prices): we stayed there for 2 days and the difference in quality and comfort is significant. If you can, I would advise you to visit other islands as well (Ko Phangan and Ko Tao)and not to stay more than a couple of dayx in Samui.

Very relaxing place to stay...
This is a really nice little hotel. It is super quiet and very relaxing. The hotel staff is really nice. The room is cozy and super clean. Breakfast was served every morning in a small restaurant that overlooks the pool and the beach. My only gripe was that we only had hot water 50% of the time. The location is perfect...close to the airport...and away from the yucky over-touristed beaches!!!
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
We rented a scooter at a place just across the street, and we were able to see the majority of the island. The beach is not the prettiest on the island, but it is quiet. After seeing some of the more crowded hotels and beaches, I was grateful that we stayed at Punnpreeda! There are several internet cafes and a few small shops within walking distance...and you MUST NOT miss the food stands nearby...FANTASTIC!!!!!!
