Great product but lack of spoken English hampers service.
Luxious interiors. Great location & lot of character. Would definetly go back & stay there again if I visit Shanghai again.
Traveler's tip on dining
Go to the latin area for some great dining options. Thai, Brazilian & some cool bars. Be careful about shopping for jade artifacts in China as you are not allowed to take any jade antiques out of the country. Pricing is crazy & it is essential to bargain but do so only if you really intend to buy the article in question. Check out the Yu gardens to spend the morning.
