No linens for futons
We checked in right at 9pm, then went down to the beach (which was nice). By the time we got to our room (which was nice), the office was closed. When we got ready for bed, we found there were no linens anywhere in the room for the two futons. So my kids slept in their clothes. I talked to a lady who had the same problem, but she walked around until she found a door labelled "Employees Only" and inside she found linens. So she was smarter than me, and enjoyed her stay more than I did.
If you are driving to Port Aransas, don’t spring for a beachfront hotel. You’ll save money staying in a hotel off the beach, and you can buy a beach parking pass for $12 (good for the year). It is a long walk from the beachfront hotels to the beach, but parking is right on the beach.

WHAT A JEWEL! WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR FOR SURE!!
Located on the beach, and we found it to be a hidden gem! Really great location, next door to a rustic restaurant, that serves a fabulous sea food platter. We stayed on the 3rd floor and had coffee at sunset & sunrise overlooking the beach. Can’t say enough about the serenity and great fun on the beach.

Restaurant next door to hotel on the beach. Great food, but rustic. Another great seafood place was Moby Dicks in downtown Port Aransas.Found the prices at these two restaurants very reasonable for the quality & quantity of the food.
