Average for the money you pay
We were there for a family vaction. The hotel ingeneral is a good hotel for families with kids. The service was good and the food was good. However, the rooms were less than average. Our room always had a bad odour. We complained and they told us it was coming from the sink drains that are linked to the sewer. I will not go back.

Not what I expected
This hotel was rated a 4 star but it was not at all a 4 star resort. I think the structure and purpose of the hotel was meant to be a 4 star. The people that work there do not maintain it very well. When we arrived in our room the floors were dirty and there were broken glass hiding under the couch. My husband had to sweep everything up and it was disgusting. If they can’t maintain their floors it makes me wonder how well everything else is kept. The lock on our sliding door was broken and also the lock on the front door. The front door was locked with the card key but I couldn’t actually lock it with the extra lock attached to it. My son was able to open the door from the inside. The indoor pool was only open for a few hours. From 9am-2pm & 4pm-7pm. We also had to pay to use the iron and there wasn’t even an ironing board to use. One of the receptionist was kind enough to find us one and didn’t charge us for it.
