OK for the money
Easy access from the freeway, but not the best neighborhood. Close to downtown, attached restaurant is pretty good. Plenty of parking. Good room, good amenities.

Best Western Cooper’s Mill
The hotel has been newly remodeled following the devistating floods of 2008. The view was wonderful overlooking the cooper pond and Quaker Oats. The rooms were clean. The restaurant has not reopened as of yet.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Czech Village is now reopening. It is a quaint little area in SW. Great food, and bakery.

Easy access to COE College
after a 17 hour drive from western colorado, the motel was close and easy to get back and forth for 3 days to get son settled at college evening staff were friendlier and more helpful than morning staff breakfast buffet was okay and convenient
