Good Location
The hotel has a great location if you are planning to visit Denver or northern CO. Situated in a shopping center it has a grocery store and urgent care facility within a short walk of the hotel. The Best part of the hotel were the "Light Meal" served between 5:30 and 7:30 Monday thru Thursday & the Hot Full Breakfast served each day. The food was really good. The beds are very firm and several of the electrical outlets in our room wern’t active. The kitchen is minimally supplied with cooking utensils. The stove did not work but was promptly fixed.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Denvers attractions are great but watch what times you travel. Dont travel at rush hour in the morning or evening.

Great place to stay!
Not sure where all the negative reviews came from, but they could not have come from this hotel. Granted, it is hard to find at first, but as long as you know to turn in on The Meadows, there is a sign. The rooms are beautiful and clean, the staff are very informative, the "snacks" Mon-Thurs are more like a meal and the breakfast buffet had many choices. There were always coffee, hot chocolate and an assortment of Celestial teas available. The pool was very nice and pretty big. The location was great and although there were construction pallets and supplies around, there was never any noise that disturbed us or a lack of parking spaces. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!

Nice accomodations, poor customer service
Hotel is clean and accomodations are new in the room we were in. Front desk staff was fine but couldn’t help with most requests we had. Originally signed up for a roll away but they didn’t have any to offer and offered no alternatives. Asked for late check-out and despite the fact that they said they were not busy the next day, they did not accomodate. Their mantra was "let us know if you cannot rate us the highest and we will do whatever we can to change it" and yet, nothing was changed.
