Very nice trip
I ahd a very nice trip to Cincinnati on business and the staff were very helpful.

Ugh
There was a really nice kid at the front desk, but the hotel had little to be desired. It’s quite run down and scummy, nothing in our room worked, there was garbage left outside everywhere, the carpet was gross, and while we were there (3 nights) the cops had been called twice. The kicker: there was a huge cockroach on our wall one night. The only reason we stayed was because we had prepaid for it and we were broke. Kinda disappointing, I’d say!

no ice machine works other than main floor elevator not working properly,very slow freinds changed rooms,a/c not working. musty smelling hallways and rooms.
