Maintainance of Room
The hotel did not respond to requests to replace burned out light bulbs. The vanity in the bathroom was so poorly lighted, my lady had to come out into the main room to do her makeup. The desk lamp was not fixed, till I took it to the front desk myself. Garbage cans were not emptied each day, like regular hotels. Drinking glasses were not replaced or cleaned each day either. Poor customer care!
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Enjoy the museums, the coastlines were enjoyable to walk, when you could access them. The shopping was interesting, expensive and parking was a problem at times. Plan on walking whenever you can, it lets you feel the people, they were very friendly.

Great place
Very nice service, rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Great breakfast in the morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel
