Much more than I expected.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, and the room was very comfortable.

not impressed
messed up on room. went in without our knowledge and moved our stuff to a different room while we were gone. hotel staff stole or threw away hair care products.

Taking a small pet?
The hotel front desk informed me that because I had a pet (5 lb potty trained Chihushua) that I would have to be in a special "pet room." The pet room smelled like animal pee. I will never stay there again and woun’t recommend this hotel to someone with a pet. Not sure about the other rooms...
