Great hotel with a very good location
We were in town for a Broncos/Patriots game. The hotel was great. The hotel is located within walking distance of many bars and restaurants (16th St Promenade). Also, it’s only a few blocks to Coors Field. The health club is amazing and free of charge. The hotel and mid service were top notch as well. I strongly recommend this hotel

Bad shower experience.
The hotel is first class and very well maintained. I was, however, very disappoint in the shower facility. It was a tub with the hand-held shower head. I booked this reservation months in advance and was not pleased with this. I enjoy a hot invigorating shower in the morning and have never mastered trying to lather up and hold the shower head. Since the tub did not have a full enclosure it was not possible to merely stand because the water was either pooling up along the sides of the bathtub and then spilling unto the floor or directly hitting the bathroom floor. I had to use most of the towels in the bathroom to clean up the mess.

Everything about the Ritz was Fabulous!
The Staff were great! Everyone of them (front desk, valet, restaurant, cleaning staff) were extremely polite & helpful. Elwood’s in the hotel is an excellent restaurant! The rooms were very spacious & very clean. The beds& linens were very comfortable. I would stay there again in a heart beat!
