Intersting B&B
I really felt like I was house-sitting. It was just like staying at someone’s house, but they weren’t home. I had virtually no interaction at all with the proprietors, which is fine by me. It was cheap, comfortable, and right by the train. Good by my (maybe low?) standards.

Home Style comfort
Quaint little B & B. You have to share the bathromm with the other guests which could be a problem if you have a tight schedule. You also have to walk down the hall to the bathroom so bring a robe. The computer in the lobby is very slow so I had to go to an internet cafe to get my stuff done. Otherwise, people are friendly and the location is very convenient.

Between Boston University and Boston College right on a "T" stop. Comfortable room, PC for checking email, good breakfast, friendly owners.
Traveler's tip on dining
There is a Thai and a Tapas restaurant just down the block. They don’t look impressive from the outside, but they have a good variety and good food.
