Eh. We got what we paid for.
My family and I needed a place to stay for a wedding that I was in. The bride had reserved rooms for out-of-town guests at another hotel, but I needed two nights and it was going to be very expensive. So, I did some research and found this hotel to have a good rate. I wish we would have spent the extra money and stayed at the other hotel. I had to wait for at least 10 minutes at the front desk to check in and out because their 24hr desk clerks were MIA with no way to alert them to my presence other than hollering "Hello?!". However, when they did make an appearance they were friendly. There is no elevator, which was a real hassle with luggage for 4 people going to a wedding and a 20lb baby in an infant carseat and a tired 3 year old. The room was clean, but run down. There were many rips and tears in the wall paper and a big burn mark in the carpet from the clothes iron. The beds and bedding were reasonably comfortable. The pool is small and pretty cold for being heated. The hot tub felt great but was a little dirty. The walls are very thin. I had to listen to my neighbors having "relations" while my two small children slept in beds next to me. The continental breakfast was pretty good minus the hashbrowns. Overall, it was okay but I wouldnt stay there again.
Go see Youngs Dairy Farm! There is a lot to see and do. Plan on eating lunch/dinner and save room for ice cream! Its only 6 miles from this hotel. Also, go see the Columbus Zoo (only about an hour away)!

I was expecting much more. I was not impressed at all.
The management was not very friendly. They kept running out of breakfast items. No morning USA paper.

Not at all impressed
We stayed at the hotel for an overnight trip. When we arrived, I noticed that the outside was starting to look rundown. We checked in with a friendly agent, but thats when it went down hill. We left to go to supper to find that our room door would not lock. They supposedly fixed it while we were gone, but we still entered it by simply turning the handle when we returned. They switched us to another room that had iron burn marks on the floor(2 of them) and hair on the shower walls(not our own). Only one of the room keys would open the door. We will stay elsewhere in the future.
