Even Better Than I Expected
My room at the Sheraton Fairplex was so comfortable that I went home and ordered two of their pillows for myself. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service. Room Service was very fast, efficient and complete. The front desk was helpful and courteous. Even the valet crew was exceptional. They even gift wrapped the gift for my great nephew’s first birthday when they found out I didn’t have time. I was delighted and surprized when I picked up my car and the gift was on the front seat...beautifully gift wrapped! I am eager to return soon.

I highly recommend the Sheraton Fairplex if you are planning a trip to the L.A. Co. Fair. My stay was so much more enjoyable due to the Sheraton.

Not Impressed at all
The room was dark and dull. The room service had a gratuity fee plus a room service fee and I had to call the front desk 2 times to get anything done. The hotel smelled like cheap air freshener, which gave me a terrible headache whenever I left my room. The pool was small and dirty. The hall way were old and unmaintained. I was locked out if I would leave the lobby after 11:30pm. It was probably the most depressing hotel stay I have ever had. I will never go back there.. EVER.... I hope all Sheraton Hotels haven’t become this horrible. I paid a 4 star price for 2 star service.

Very Nice Hotel
The room was very comfortable. There were lots of pillows, 2 televisions, and Starbucks coffee in the room. The lighting in the parking lot was good for my late arrival, and the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. I will stay there again.
