comfort and convenience
Visited my son, who is spending a semester abroad in Brussels... The hotel was convenient to the Grand Place, shopping, tours, cool food markets for cheese, wines and tasty treats, neat bars and great food...... the most outstanding feature was the very comfortable bed... several days we slept WAY over our schedule but it was so relaxing and worth it..... the service was very accomodating ... we arrived at 8:30 in the morning after an overnight flight and we were in our room by 9 a.m. ..... i would not take advantage of the breakfast... very pricy and not that spectacular... lots of neighborhood locations that offered much better choices...... this hotel is serene and relaxing but right in the middle of everything... loved it.... it sort of reminded me of a W hotel on lexington ave in nyc ... enjoy... we did.

Impressive Hotel
Part of Designer Hotel chain the hotel is impressive in terms of location (just some minutes away from Central Square) and in terms of design and quality of facilities. Just one remark that stopped me to be extremely satisfied by the Hotel. I think it should be more focus on cleaning of the common areas: entrance, lobby, corridors, it was not spotless as the Hotel quality and level would require.
