Somewhat good
The room was clean, but was not impressed by the condition and maintenance of the hotel, also the front desk staff should be more responsive to the client

Disappointing
My first disappointment was the discovery of bodily fluid on the toilet. I had to call room service to clean the Bathroom. The second was, the dirty linen on the bed. I called room service again to replace the linen. The man brought the clean linen with the expectation that I was going to make the bed. I had to demand that he make it. He left and came back after about twenty minutes and made it.

Staff were most unhelpful.
Problems occurred with use of internet and renovations were happening in the foyer. Staff were unhelpful and stand offish.
