Best Hotel in Dubai
Stayed in this hotel twice before. Has to be the best hotel in dubai, in the 5 star catagory. Only thing I would not recommend would be the breakfast. The Qasr Jumeriah breakfast is far superior. Yet, so it the price.

Book the diplomatic suite. Very large.

superb location,average hotel
We stayed there for about 14 nights. pros: 1-location is amazing.Only a walking distance from Dubai Mall. 2-Delicious room dine-in food. 3-very relaxing spa experience. cons: 1-when we reserved the rooms we asked for 2 connecting or at least adjacent double bed rooms, what we got was two very far away king bed rooms . 2-Room cleanliness is not consistent,on day the room is spotless the other day not very much.There were some bugs in the curtains maybe its due to the humidity from opening the balcony’s door,but it was gross. 3-there was something wrong with the bathroom plumbing,the sink was clogged. 4-on one incident,someone barged in our room cuz the door does not lock very well. it has to be locked in from the sides!!!! overall it was a little below average experience despite the lavish exterior.I would only recommend it for its location.

Excellent service
My second time in The Palace The Old Town. I chose it because of its nice service. I recommend trying the spa for massage. I like so much the idea of providing free wifi to all guests in the hotel. Not all Dubai hotels do that.
Family friendly hotel. Near Souk Albahar and Dubai Mall (walking distance). Surrounded with many restaurants and cafes.
