functional, adequate, but not great
I stayed here while visiting IWU. The interior of the building and rooms seem somewhat aged and the hallway on my floor had a slight odor. Pool is tiny. But room was a nice size and check in/out was efficient. Breakfast was fine. For the price, it was a reasonable value. Not memorable in any way. Fine if you just plan to sleep then leave.

Good price, clean. breakfast was ok, but what I expected.
Close to ISU. Staff was efficient. Will probably stay again during the time my son is a student at ISU.

Good overall
I would prefer that the hotel have two queen bed rooms rather than just two double beds. There was some slight confusion regarding the shower dial, turning it too far or not far enough. The continental breakfast was sparse when we ate (about 8am). At that time, I waited roughly 10 minutes at the front desk for assistance. There was nobody at the front desk for that time. Aside from those minor things, the experience was good. I have stayed at this hotel in the past and chose it again.
