Kennewick Suites, Kennewick WA
I picked this hotel because it was the cheapest available for my stay, but next time, I’ll spend more. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the decor was dated. Furthermore, the hallways were poorly ventilated, hot, and smelled odd. Also, saying it has a ’continental breakfast’ is somewhat misleading- just a coffeepot and a basket of fruit by the front desk. Overall, a dissapointment.

not impressed
the lights kept going off and we would have to filp the breaker switch All Weekend!!, and the WHITE towels were not WHITE. we will never stay there again. the pool was nice and clean, but, frezzing and we had to ask twice for them to unlock the gate to get in.

extreme dissatisfaction
I would rate this hotel a "one star" at best. The room smelled of smoke, the furniture was aged, and the room, in general, was in disrepair. I would expect these room conditions if I were camping and staying in a cabin. One of the reasons for booking this hotel was the continental breakfast. Unfortunately, the milk was spoiled, so most of the foods could not be eaten. If I were in the travel business, I would question further business transactions with this facility. I am very unhappy with this experience and feel my money was wasted.
