Good Location Turned Into Problem
We chose this hotel primarily due to its location and we knew to expect an older hotel with small rooms. At check in, we paid a reasonable fee to upgrade to a 9th floor king with a falls view. The room and bath were still small but adequate. We dined at the Rainbow Room and had a satisfying dinner at a good value with the voucher offered when we booked. We missed having a lounge for drinks and the elevators were very small and often crowded. Our biggest complaint however, was the 3 AM noise outside our room coming from very loud guests returning from the adjacent Casino Niagara. As it turned out, the hotels excellent location (and perhaps reasonable rate) was also the culprit. The upside of the good location was outweighed by the unexpected noisy downside which occured both nights of our stay. Also, the shared parking garage with the casino was OK but during busy casino hours, there was no reserved section for hotel guests and it could be difficult to find a spot. We wish we had known of this shared parking arrangement before we paid the per night hotel parking fee through because we probably could have parked for free with our casino Players Advantage card and gotten the same spot! All in all, it was less than we expected from this hotel brand and the people who came in late at night were definite detractors. In spite of its good location, we will chose a different hotel next time.
See some great live theater in at Niagara on the Lake at the Shaw Theater Festival.

Good Stay but the parking and internet charges are a surprise!
Its a good stay with a very convenient location bang opposite the entry road into Canada. I would have expected the parking and the internet to be free considering the hotel type.
October was a nice time to be there at Niagara. The Maid of the Mist closes by the last week and you want to be there before that happens!

Great experience...will recommend it to everybody!
GREAT location with great staff! We were there during the off season, but everybody was really nice and friendly. Rooms were also very nice and clean. We spent most of our time walking around and exploring, so we didnt really care about the size. However, they were clean and had anything you needed.
