Great Rates, Good Location, Would Stay Again
We stayed here twice --on the way from Michigan to Boston and then again on the way back. Both times we were very satisfied. We stayed on the weekend and they had a movie playing each weekend night in one of the indoor courtyards. Great for kids! The second time we stayed (a week after the first time), the hotel wasnt busy so they gave us a free upgrade to a HUGE room with three queen beds -- it had SO much space for our kids to run around and play -- what a special treat! We were so pleased with the service, too. We had trouble getting the room heated, so they gave us a couple of tips and said to call back if it didnt improve. About 15 minutes later, they called US back to see how it was, and then immediately sent someone to fix it. Will definitely stay here again!
Seems like a no-brainer, but make sure you take the Maid of the Mist down by the falls -- great fun! (Runs April-October and is about $13/pp)

Cant beat it for the money!
Close to everything, nicely decorated, comfy beds and pillows, updated furniture and bathroom, good water pressure (and one of those shower massager heads), and a recycling bin! The only complaint we had was the 9 dollars per night we had to pay for parking (but you could come and go as many times as you wanted within a 24 hour period)
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
The Falls were beautiful but other than that, there wasnt too much to do in Niagara. We did visit the Ice Wine House (small mom and pop winery) and did some sampling which was delicious. And I wouldnt waste your money on going to the Country Chalet breakfast buffet. It was like 6.99 for all you can eat but there wasnt much of a selection and they dont have tap water, you had to purchase a bottle of water for 2.75 and juice was 3.75.
