I thought good hotel in convenient area
I went on my honeymoon to Paris for 8 days and stayed the entire time at Le Meridien Montparnasse. The hotel was great to me. They upgraded us for free for our honeymoon. They gave us champagne and robes, etc. for free. The hotel room was large, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel itself is very conveniently located near the train station and metro (Gare Montparnasse). It was easy to go to all the sites. The neighborhood was great and they had grocery stores right next to the hotel for cold drinks and snacks. I would go back and stay there. I really had no complaints or downsides. Also, if you fly Air France the shuttle drops off and picks up all day right across from the hotel. Nice to use if you are not familiar with the city. The metro/train is cheaper so we took that back to the airport but the bus was an easy way to start the trip.

Will definitely go back!!!
This hotel was a wonderful hotel and we stayed here for our honeymoon for a week. Perfect service, great food, excellent location near the metro and all the eateries and shopping. Nice people in the area. Only thing I would change would be the bed. It was a low bed that was a bit hard. A softer and higher bed would be nice.
