First time ever but I would go back without hesitation.
Nice clean hotel. I had been to Tampico many times but this is the very first time that I stayed at Hotel Camino Real and I am very pleased with the service. The location is just perfect close to everything.

Can’t wait to go back
I have stayed in all the hotels in or near Tampico and I found this hotel to be the best. Great atmosphere with a helpful and cordial staff.
Traveler's tip on nightlife
The Tampico nightlife is close by and the hotel provides free transportation. Great music in the hotel lounge.

OK Hotel
It is a nice looking hotel. Room was comfortable. However, the food in the restaurant (ate there a couple of times) was NOT good. Breakfast was OK, but that’s about it. On a scale of 1-10 (including the overall experience of dining there) I’d give it a 6 maybe 7.
