Needs A LOT of TLC
The room itself was decent, but not great. It was clean and beds were comfortable. If you are only looking for a place to sleep and shower this is ok. The premises is in need of serious cleaning/maintenance. Hallways are filthy (pigeon droppings, bird seeds and feathers all over the place), grass is dying and other little things here and there. In the room dining chair arm was broken, sofa bed was broken (luckily I brought an inflatable bed just in case we needed it and we did), one bathroom did not have hair dryer, TV has no control and there is only one TV in the entire condo (we rented a 3 bedroom condo). The hotel charges nightly "resort fee" this is one of the main reasons I will not stay here again. WHAT RESORT? We didnt have enough towels for everyone, the room sleeps 8 people and there were only 4 towels available. If you want towel service you have to go to the Clubhouse to request and theyll forget to bring it up....Enough compalining just think twice about staying here and make this your last option!

Ghetto long term residential complex posing as a resort
My stay here was short and not so sweet. There were people hanging in the parking lot having what appeared to be a tailgate party. The front desk personell was very unprofessional as well as management. Our room was infested with roaches and mice droppings were visible. AC didnt work. The sliding glass door didnt open, the windows had no screens. I had to sleep in two chairs for fear of the roaches. Also placed luggages on dressers. Thugs walking around throughout the night. This place has gone down since last July08. The manager appeared very nonchalante as if she couldnt understand why we were making such a big deal over little roaches. At that point I began to understand the unprofessionalism of the staff. Poor training....So unless you want to take souveniers with legs home, stay as far away from this place as possible..Needless to say that after shaking out all of our clothes, we checked out the following morning once a full refund was awarded.
