Stay at the Marriot Bay Point for a little more....
This cannot be expressed enough: this property is not managed by Marriot. Even though it is in the Marriot resort and you get to use their amenities, no marriot staff can assist you with your room or other needs. There is a third party rental agency that is in the Reflections building of the property. If you have any problems like you need 2 beds instead of 1 king, they cannot assist you. We had to swap with another guest. No clean towel service. No housekeeping. People just throw their towels by the elevator. The building is gross and I thought the elevator was going to break while riding in it. This property is an old relic of the golf villas and should only be used for private use--not as hotel rooms for the public.

A little surprised
I liked everything about this condo except the fact that I didnt realize there was no room service, no bed changes, no new linen, no replacement trash bags. I thought I was getting a normal hotel stay and it was more like a cabin in the woods as far as service went. Second, there is no restuarant in the hotel, you have to go over to the Marriot to eat "on premises". Other than these things, I enjoyed my stay.

Wont go back
First of all I paid for a 1 bedroom suite but was given a standard room. I had to get my room changed. That took an hour. Also the DVDs in the room did not work. I called maintenance no one came out. And the light bulb was blown in one of the lamps. In addition they charge for the towel service, but even when I paid they still forgot to bring them. On a more positive, The grounds were nice and it included a lot of outdoor activities to include:pool, tennis, biking, playground, restaurants, and gym.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
The outdoor activities were nice if thats high on your priority list.
