Just a brief stay
My husband and I arrived late and left early. We were a little put out by the fact that we couldnt buy a water out of the vending machines. One was out of service, the other out of water. When we inquired @ the desk they were only able to point us to a local party store that may or may not have been open that late. We were also a little disturbed by the bug trap in the bathroom. While the room appeared clean it left us with an unclean feeling.

Convienent & economical
This hotel was a great deal. Very convienently off highway & nicely situated between Jackson & Battle Creek. Staff was very friendly, room was nice & clean and the price was very fair. Would stay here again.

Only if you have to...
I only stayed at this hotel because of Albion College Homecoming. It is run-down and badly in need of cleaning and maintenance. I killed two bugs in my room and itched for two days after sleeping on the sheets. On the bright side, when I woke up at 7am, I couldn’t wait to jump out of bed and start my day. Make the extra 10-15 minute drive to Jackson or Marshall if you need a hotel in this area. You won’t regret it.
