Worst ever hotel
Pre-booked & paid for five nights. The room allocated was not cleaned & stank of smoke (specific request for non-smoking room). Re-allocated to room above (also stank). Room not serviced for three of the five nights we stayed. Front desk staff off-hand & unhelpful. We planned to stay in Hamburg for three and a half weeks (then elsewhere in the US for a further two weeks), so moved to another hotel as soon as possible. I travel O/Seas a lot for business & pleasure. Your Red Roof was the worst hotel I can recall.

dissapointed again...
I cannot tell you how dissapointed I was when we got back to our room Christmas night and the room was not cleaned, bedding was not taken care of and never even came in the room to give us fresh tolls or even a new bag for ice!!! The last time I was there was due to my faters death and I had stayed 5 days and 2 out of the 5 days the same thing, no room cleaning, no fresh tolls or to even fix the beds!!! Very dissapointed and when I complained I got a cold shoulder and Im not even a appollogy!!! I will take it one more step to Red Roof Coorporate theis time!!!

Make sure if the room is not cleaned when you stay at hotel, especially at Red Roof, make sure you complain to cooporate!

Great value.
Quiet and clean with a very comfortable bed. Close to the freeway. Must drive to services and no free wireless Internet, but still a great value.
