Too expensive
Nice people and food. Internet service, breakfast and shuttle from and to the airport are too expensive, well the hotel too.

great experience overall
I have now stayed twice at this hotel when in El Salvador on business, and both times have been very impressed by the kindness, attentiveness, warmth and hospitality of the staff. I really can’t speak highly enough of them. The people are what make the hotel really special, although the other aspects (quality of rooms, food, hotel location, etc.) were also all good. One significant downside to the hotel was the slow speed of the internet service in the guest rooms. In the lobby it is fast and reliable, but in my room, the connection cut out frequently and I’d have to wait to get it reestablished, and even when it stayed connected the speed was very slow. This did impact my overall experience as I needed to do a significant amount of work via email and internet while in country.
