nice little place
i went to hotel during a short weekend get away for leisure/buss trip. the hotel is accessed from main interstate and was easy to find. It is located one block from the beach in the middle of a high-end neighborhood. upon arrival I noticed the front parking was kind of small but they had more parking on the side street. check in was easy and fast and was able to get to my room quickly. it was right on the first floor off to the side. first impression was great. interior design of the small hotel and room is new. very trendy design with updated furniture and color tones. The room was clean and the a/c in the room was amazing. the bed was extremely comfortable, had one of those foam beds. water in shower was nice and hot with good pressure and all items worked as expected. the interior of the hotel featured a nice little pool, more like an oversized Jacuzzi, very cute and look relaxing. did not participate on the free bkst but did eat at the hotel restaurant one evening and the food was excellent, service was fast. I had grouper with rice and beams. the menu looked very appetizing. staff was friendly, knowledgeable, spoke good English and service was good. nothing much to complaint except that my room being off the lobby was noisy at times from people coming in and out. Did not encounter ANY of the complaints I read on line, bugs in room, broken items, dirty room, bad service. overall i had a pleasant stay at the hotel. I will stay there again - recommend to try it out.

This hotel was one of the top 5 worst ever
I found some-ones sock in my room-the breakfast was awfull. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, for a few extra bucks I could have stayed at a Hilton. I will never go there again.

So Bad They Found Another Hotel
I sent my fiance and her best friend to PR for a long weekend. When they arrived they said that the htel was nothing like they saw online. The staff were pigs and there was a lot of "interesting" people around. When they got to their room the closet door fell off, they had to turn the tv on with a screw driver. It was Dirty! Bad neighborhood. Bars on the windows! It was sooooo bad that they called me to help them find another hotel. Where they actually felt "safe" This hotel was the biggest waste of money we have spent. We travel 4-6 times per year and this is the worst she has saw.
