The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. It was a quiet location, but convenient to stores and places of interest.

3rd time is NOT a charm!
This was our 3rd time staying at this hotel for our annual family reunion. The hotel has significanty deteriorated and the staff was hot and cold. And visit to the front desk for extra towels was met with an attitude of annoyance and incongeniality. There was confusion about our reservation and what we paid for. The pool was closed for repairs, yet there was no sign of work being done. Our no-smoking rooms reaked of smoke and the carpets were "wet"??? When our magentic key/card stopped working and locked us out of our room, the gentleman at the front desk quickly accused us of placing it near a cell phone which demagnetizes the card (sorry, didnt know). Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, he placed blame. This is not the kind of customer service one would expect at any establishment, especially one in hospitality? Needless to say, we and the rest of our relatives will be staying elsewhere next year.
