Great Location and Room Size
I waited over an hour for bed sheets and towels. Had to ask three times. The elevators took an extra long time. However, I loved that we were able to do laundry and the exercise room was very well equiped and clean. The room was a great size and all four of us were comfortable even with a fold out coach as a bed.
Stay on the second floor so you won’t have to rely on elevators. Use the free washers and dryers, bring your own soap.
