Good for attending the convention center
We arrived early. They would not make any effort to get us checked in early. The bed was very hard, not what I expected from the Omni. Walking distance to the convention center. The hotel in very convenient and beautiful.

Very nice hotel
Most of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. Downtown traffic was noisy at night, less likely to be troublesome the higher your room, I imagine. I would definitely stay here in the future.
The CNN tour was very interesting at $13.00 per person. It was a fun way to pass an hour in between conference sessions.

Not worth it
Stayed here for a conference and would recommend finding a different hotel. They lost one piece of luggage (they delivered it to the wrong room)! "Sorry" doesn’t cover hours of frustration. The hotel layout is very confusing. Most of the staff is polite. Just not worth it.
