Beautiful hotel exceptional service!
One Bal Harbour is a truly beautiful hotel staffed by highly trained personnel who really understand customer service. Hotel is in a class by its self only two rooms on each floor allowing a feeling of privacy for each guest. Our room was beautiful with a breath taking view of the ocean and Intercostal Waterway also included view of the city. However the hotel food was mediocore and expensive.
Would suggest bringing snacks hotel does not have a gift shop. Bal Harbour shops are wonderful but expensive.

Absolutely Divine!
The location, the views were beautiful. The staff was courteous and diligent. The room was impressive and comfy...and the bathroom was out of this world. Our stay at One Bal Harbour was a real treat.

Valet Only! So expect to pay daily rates. No Items in the room are complimentary. Additional Fees for use of beach chairs. Pool closes at inconveniently at dusk.
