Clean, Courteous and Respectful
Great hotel however the newer one is on British American Blvd and for the price difference it makes a big difference. However the newer one was not yet done with the switiching over to the Flat Screen LCD’s... They should be by now..

Well run, clean and friendly.
Very convenient to SUNY, downtown Albany, and the museums. Quiet and somewhat secluded, but a short trip to anything worth seeing.

Very Friendly
We stayed here one night on our way to Rochester, NY. The staff was very friendly, especially the custodian. He welcomed me as I entered (he was cleaning the foors) and when we went to the pool he made sure their were towels to use. The hotel is close to major highways, very clean, the beds are adjustable firmness, and the breakfast buffet was good.
