Great Hotel, Great Location
This is a great hotel. The checkin was easy, staff pleasant and helpful and the entire stay was excellent. The room was big, and well laid out and spotless. The service in the bar (I had coffee) was also excellent. I will stay ere again. I cannot think of any negatives for this hotel. Three blocks from the Central Train Station, in a quiet part of the center. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and U and S-Bahn. Very pleased.

very nice and comfortable
We only stayed 1 night after arriving from Greece. The hotel was very nice and had a great resturant. The train station was only a block away . I highly recommend this hotel for those looking for a clean, comfortable,but not exclusive hotel.

Arcotel Camino - Perfect hotel at a great price!
We stayed in rooms 339 and 340 for a total of 10 nights. The rooms were clean, very large by european standards, the beds comfortable, and the amenities were very good. We didn’t have breakfast included because it was a little too expensive for us (17 euro each), but there were refridgerators in each room, so each night when we heading back from the hotel, we stopped in the train station, and bought fruit, cheese, breads, etc.. for the following morning. We did get coffee each morning from the restaurant, but we went down and brought it back up to our rooms. The staff was very nice, bilingual, as were the bartenders and other staff. We had no problems with the internet in our rooms, we opted to get new (free) passwords each evening when we were coming in. The hotel location is fantastic. It’s a block from the main train station, and on the other side of that is the main shopping area, with the old and new castles. There are restaurants, several large department stores, two malls, and many, many other shops/cafes. All in all a great trip!
