Wonderful time
We stayed in the Marriott Courtyard during a ball game weekend. It was quiet, clean and convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. This is a nice place to stay while in Columbia.

Good Option
Overall we had a great stay. The room was nice and clean; the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was a good selection for the price. The access to the rooms was a bit awkward as you had to enter through the side of the hotel and the parking was limited in that area; so if you had to park in the back it could be a bit of a walk if your room is towards the front of the hotel. With that being the only ’inconvenience’ we will certainly stay again.

There is a zoo close by to the hotel that is affordable and nice - they have a great botanical garden.

Decent, but nothing outstanding
This is a rather decent hotel, about what you’d expect from Marriott. Comfortable bed, sitting area, etc. Sink is outside the bathroom, which allows for privacy. The Courtyard is just off the freeway, and centrally located to all points in the Columbia area. The only drawback is the hotel’s breakfast; they charge, and it’s nothing you can’t find at any nearby restaurant for better taste/quality.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
If you want breakfast, go eat at the Waffle House or another outside restaurant. Other than that, The Courtyard Columbia Northwest is a good place to stay.
