Rockville Hotel near DC
Good quality hotel. The staff were exceptional. They did lots of extra work to help me handle business presentation items and getting to the train station. I really appreciated it and would stay here again without question. The breakfast was a nice full meal.

Good Hotel Poor Service
The rooms were clean, and neat. Good location and the price was good. The free breakfast was also good. The shuttle to the Metro station was very convenient. The front desk service was very poor. The folks do not want to talk to you. I asked for some directions and I have received very poor response. I got the feeling that they really do not care that about the customers. They have a charge for the safety deposit box which they charge automatically whther you used it or not! If asked they are supposed to take the charge back. I aske the charge to be removed but the girl at the front desk told me that it will take a long time to do that but she will do it later. She was very rude too!

Would Use again - Great Value and Location
Staff was very helpful with dining recommendations. Rooms were clean and breakfast was very good and fresh every day. However, it is obvious that hotel could use some renovation and updating. Would definitely use again. Great value and location for my needs.
