Have always been satisified with this hotel chain
I’ve stayed at this hotel chain in southern california as well so my expectations were fairly high based on my previous experience. I was not dissappointed at all. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. It was also a very clean and comfortable room.
Going in the fall was really nice. The fall colors were spectacular and the crowds were light. There were no significant lines at any of the attractions. The weather was chilly one of the days but reasonable the others. We never needed more then a sweatshirt and a light jacket.

Great Roms but very poor breakfast
We stayed there in October 2009 for 2 nights. The rooms are beautiful, large, and clean. However, the breakfast was absolutely awful: all plates and cups made of Styrofoam, plastic cutlery, and horrible food as if from cans. We would recommend to stay there but to refuse to go to the breakfast, in order not to support the thoughtless use of plastic/Styrofoam in this hotel.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
Do not buy the adventures pass in the fall season - we paid $40 per head and only got to see one attraction ($13) because the rest was already closed. Total rip-off.

A wonderful getaway
My husband and I were in town for a few days and decided to stay at Country Inn & Suites based upon the cost and amenities available. We were thrilled with the kind and helpful hotel staff, the adequate (and not overpriced!) parking available, the spa and pool, the in-room whirlpool tub and comfortable bed. Most importantly we were thrilled with the location. Almost everything that we were looking for during our stay was within walking distance. If we find ourselves in town again, we will definitely stay there again.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
This hotel was within walking distance to the main "drag", Clifton Hill, and of course, the falls. It was far enough away from the action to stay nice and quiet at night.
