High quality room at decent rate
Hotel staff was welcoming but not enthusiastic, perhaps due to low season and an almost empty hotel. The room was very nice and clean, above expectation. Two floors small kitchen area, bedroom and bathroom. Nice terrace with immediate access to the sea and small boat harbor. Nice and calm area. Would definitely come back!
Traveler's tip for business travelers
This is a good location if you are going to visit Monaco which is 40 minutes away by car. You get quite a lot more for your bucks here..

Nice Hotel
Room was much better than showed on the website. It was a huge suite-type room with a kitchen and separate bedroom. If we had known, we would have only reserved one room instead of 2 as the pull-out couch was also nice. Excellent air conditioning. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the restaurant.

Aregai Marina, Santo Stefano al Mare
New facility still working the bugs out. Beach under construction. Not standard hotel, no daily service unless one stays for 7 days. Staff some what distant, slow to respond to requests. A/C, some lights and fixtures still under construction/repair. As the site matures, it will be a nice location. We would stay again!
