I found the people at the hotel to nice and helpful. rooms was kept up nicely foods was good. overall I had a nice stay there and would stay there again..

OK Hotel not a 4 star at all
The hotel location is what made it convenient for me but the price is too high for what you get, the bathrooms need more maintenance, for example I stayed in room 341 and no hot water came out of the shower, fortunately I don’t mind cold water, I also stayed in room 250 and the toilet is constantly leaking water so the hissing noise of the water is annoying but closing the door reduces the noise.

Most friendly hotel staff in the world!
I really enjoyed my stay here. Although there are probably more luxurious hotels in Cebu, there is not greater staff. The people went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and all my needs were met. I would definitely stay again
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Eat at one of the many outdoor cafes. The price is cheap and the food is great. Have your laundry done outside the hotel. The service is great and you will save a ton of money. Having a great time in Cebu is easy. The weather is perfect and it is easy on your pockets.
