Madrid’s friendliest hotel staff
Nice and cosy hotel in the middle of Madrid’s gay district Chueca. Reasonably priced with extremely friendly and helpful staff and ultra-modern room interior. The square in front of the hotel can get very noisy during Saturday night. The restaurant does not offer sufficient variety of food for breakfast. However the front-desk staff is more than eager to make your stay at the hotel as enjoyable as possible. Excellent work! Will definitely come back there again.

Style Over Substance.
The staff was very friendly and quite helpful. They also spoke English very well. Unfortunately the perks stop there. You had to pay a HUGE fee per day to use the roof top pool. The Toilet and shower were at the base of the bed - only separated by broken frosted glass wall/door (can you say Steam Room) ... and the sink was located across the room behind the bed. The small safe wasn’t attached to anything. The lack of padding under the carpeting made the above neighbors sound like elephants. The red lobby chairs were a safety hazard. Oh,forgot!...Breakfast was excellent and the hotel was in a perfect Location!

Awesome hotel!
Very contemportary design and great service. Breakfast and internet were free. Very nice location within walking distance to major tourist attractions and restaurants. The subway is also nearby. Highly recommended!
