Not Impresseed
The hotel has a sky ride on the roof that transfers annoying noise to the rooms all day and evening. Was not allowed to order room service and charge it to the room because they said the room was already paid for through a travlel agent. Even though they still get a credit card for incidentals. The room was clean but had an unfinished ceiling. The location was great. Card keys in the elevators worked only after several attempts.

can be better
we arrive about 2:30 pm and our room was not ready so they put us in another tower which is shorter than what we reserved and we requested higher floor so we can see Cebu. unfortunately window was so dirty and we could not see outside at all. No view

Nice hotel but has too few elevators
The hotel was a very nice hotel with good service and clean rooms. The windows were dirty (on the outside) taking away from the view though on the 24th floor. My biggest concern though was there is only 2 elevators going up to the 19th floor where you have to transfer to other elevators to higher floors. The elevators are very busy most of the daytime when the attractions on the 19th floor are open causing long wait times for elevators.

how can this hotel be rated 4 stars ????
Our stay in this hotel was a nightmare: - room not in accordance with booking, so after many complaints they changed it (but this should have not occured) - quality of laundry and room service not in accordance with standards. Laundry manager is very rude too! - lifts always out of order or dirty (tower II) - at the beginning breakfast buffet was good, but the service became, after the first week, very poor and tables dirty (not cleaned between guests) - Do not go to Sky-bar, it does not worth it (and you have to pay access to it). - Better for single than couples as grooms in the lift would tell your wife that the night-club is dedicated to gentlemen like you only, and at this moment, a guest could go out of the club accompanied by a 80% naked girl, half his age. It happened to me and It was really unpleasant ... - CR outside the rooms are dirty and smelly If you have to stay there, ask for Tower I which seems better, but definitely this hotel is very poor quality, very poor service, and noisy. We will not come back there cause the price is not attractive for the poor quality. We complained by written letter to managers almost everyday, they received the complaints but actions were not in accordance. My worst experience over the last 10 years.

Excellent Place, Will Be Even Better
When I stayed there I could find nothing to warrent a complaint. The service was excellent, and the staff was pleasent and courtous. All in all a fine establishment. It was in the last stages of completion while I was there, and whenn construction is done in 2010 ( if things go as planned ) it will be even better than when I stayed, with more attractions and comforts. I would recommend it.

New hotel, centrally located
Excellent-- 1) The manager at the front desk always had a smile and was very service-oriented. Good-- 1) New building. 2) Nice rooms with sweeping views. Comparable to rooms at boutique hotels in Atlanta. 3) Good front desk reception and service. 4) Good service at breakfast lounge. 5) Close to Rustans shopping complex; internet cafe at the first floor. 6) Safe deposit box available at front desk. Could be better-- 1) Hot water never got pass lukewarm. 2) Maintenance was a little slow. 3) No dine-in service. 4) Bellmen not friendly and unresponsive at times. 5) spotty WiFi service. 6) could never get face towels and only one roll of toilet paper provided. 7) There is no service elevator; service personnel a little loud at times. You may also share an elevator with service carts and many service personnel moving up and down. 8) Dont bother with the restaurants in the building complex; all are membership-based and can cost you more money than if you go outside. The food isnt that good anyway.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
It costs 150 pesos to get from the hotel to the airport. It will costs more coming from the airport, but not over 250 pesos.
