More than you will expect
I cannot think of one reason not to recommend this hotel for a New York trip. Everything was top notch and ran like a well oiled machine. Great location and central to everything a visitor to New York would want.

Great New York Hotel
I cannot say enough good things about our recent stay at the Hampton Inn Times Square North. Our room was spotless and looked brand new, the bed was more comfortable than mine at home. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast was ok great fruit, bagels etc. Coffee was good and always available. Great Location.
Best restaurant around on next block, Rino Trattatoria. Don’t miss out on it! Greatest Italian Food.

great trip 2nd time around
This was the 2nd time at this hampton inn times square north and I’ve been impressed both times. All the ameneties were there: good breakfast, concierge, small gift shop, "to go bags", cookies in afternoon, very helpful staff and bellman. They held our bags for a few hours prior to check in for no charge and was very friendly about it. The room was very large for nyc and very comfortable. This location is center to a lot of things. We walked a lot and did subway some. Felt very safe even late at night there. NOT noisy in room which was a big plus after long day. Tip: Go see Ellis Island and Museum...it was so worth it to see ! I will probably stay there again when we go back !
