Very nice hotel--would definately return.
Staff was always very friendly and helpful. Location was very close to many resturants of differing price ranges. Easy walking distance to many city attractions. Comfortable, quiet spacious room.
Hubbard Street on the north side of the hotel is full of night life...lots of places to eat and drink. There are two seven-elevens one block east of the hotel...convenient for snacks/drinks.

I will definately return
Great location! Walking distance to rail system and Harry Cary’s is half a block away. Staff was great and the complimentary breakfast was a perk! Would stay again.

Bad Luck?
Overall I liked the hotel and the staff was excellent. Free breakfast was really good and Einstine bagels was right ouside (Best Bagel place ever). I had couple incidents that I assume were just bad luck. One the refergerator in my room kept turning itself off and the maid service missed my room the first of my 3 nights. Also $44 valet was a little pricey, but it is downtown chicago. I would definately go back and just hope these little things were not the norm.
