Satisfied
An adequate Hotel at a reasonable price. Has outside entrance which detracts, but parking was adquate, the lobby and rooms were clean. It was not 5 star but for an overnight stay and a fair price in a good location to access many things, it was fine.

La Quinta Inn Mobile
Overall, I was very pleased with my stay at La Quinta Inn Mobile. It surpassed my expectation for the rate. The room was very clean and contained all of the amenities I was looking for. The only issue I experienced was the air conditioning went out my last day there. However, I considered this general maintenance issues as everything else in the room was in working order. The interaction I had with the staff was very pleasant. I would stay at this location again given the opportunity.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
If you have the chance, I suggest visiting the U.S.S. Alabama Battleship Memorial and Bellingrath Gardens.

they where going through construction and the home office could have planned better but the personal service was great

La Quinta in West Mobile
It was nice, updated and clean in our room. The stay was quite worth the money. Everything functioned well. I would stay there again.

Appreciate the effort
Very close to major highways, restaurants, and shopping. Older motel with exterior entrances. Rooms very well done, clean, and comfortable. While in pool noticed a very dangerous condition (grill on power drain missing) notified maintenance person who immediately fashioned a repair. Overall a comfortable and well maintained property. My stay was four days.

Horrible room - worst experience ever!
We booked a king room with fridge & microwave (based on the pics) -- we had neither and the flat screen tv that they show are nonexistent (our tv screen was actually pink). Sign states they are recently remodeled, but not the room we had....it was awful - the room stank. It actually looked like it had never been restored (or cleaned) after hurricane Ivan. The bathtub was brown & mold covered. There was an inch of dust over everything, water stains on the ceiling and the carpet was actually wet in one corner. We were booked for two nights, but changed hotels the very next morning. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had!! I will never stay with them again!!!!

MOBILE’S NICE HOTEL
This is a very nice hotel to stay, there are a good complimentary breakfast with cofee all day. The attention is good and the cleaning lady was perfect.

Very nice!!!!
My husband and I were very pleased with the La Quinta Mobile. It was very easy to find from the airport and very close to restaurants (regular and fast-food). The mall is not far with a Target. The room had a nice size refrigerator and a microwave. The bed was king sized and very comfortable. Our room was in the back of the hotel and had an outside entrance. There was plenty of room to park. The hotel was full several nights and was not noisy.

Be sure to visit the downtown area. The convention center and the park are quite nice. Also, the USS Alabama tour is wonderful. There is also a building with old aircraft.

Not what I expected
The hotel wasn’t as clean and comfortable as i expected. There was no fridge or microwave in the room. Also, i was really disappointed that the Fitness Center was not on site because the availability of a fitness center was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. If you wanted to go to the fitness center you had to drive to a local fitness center down the road and present your hotel room key.
